Music City Makeover is an exciting opportunity to embark on a journey toward self confidence and a better physical appearance. The goal of Music City Makeover is to promote the healthy body with an esthetic touch, to improve participants' self image, and to accentuate their quality of life. Two individuals were chosen from over 2500 applicants.

	The two individuals chosen to participate in Music City Makeover received the services of plastic surgeons and a cosmetic dentist about their personal goals for improving their appearance. The Music City Makeover team of specialists has worked with the selected individuals since April of 2004 to achieve the desired results. All the specialists involved in Music City Makeover have contributed their time and services.
	Safety was of paramount importance. Because of this, procedures were staged over a period of three months, allowing the body to heal before each stage. All three surgeons worked at the same time during the stages, resulting in much shorter operating times.
	Professional fitness trainers showed the candidates how to take charge of their physical appearance through effective diet and exercise programs.
	We would like to thank the more than 2,500 people who applied for the Music City Makeover. Every application was carefully reviewed and about 100 excellent candidates were invited to meet the team.
